Returns Terms and Conditions
Halobaits Ltd offices will be open Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm, however messages and emails will be reviewed regularly. We will always aim to get your order sent out within 48hours of being ordered, this is subject to being ordered between Monday and Thursday as we cannot guarantee delivery on the weekends. All fresh baits will be sent on next day, overnight courier service so please ensure you will be at the delivery address to accept deliveries or ensure delivery addresses and contact details are updated on the order of where someone can accept and be contacted.
All couriered deliveries will need to be signed for unless specifically detailed to leave in a secure place. Halobaits Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any issues if no one is available to sign for the goods and designated delivery area is specified due to no one being able to sign for themselves, the recipient will be responsible for the goods delivered and risk taken to leave delivery in a specific area.
Halobaits Ltd do not accept returns of Fresh/Frozen Bait.
Shelf-life baits that have been opened or partly used cannot be accepted unless a specific issue with the bait has been raised on immediate acceptance on delivery. In this instance, we would ask for immediate contact with our team so we can investigate the problem and rectify any issues. Any issues/problems must be made to us the day delivery has been accepted.
All other Halobaits Ltd items such as hook baits, pop ups, wafters and our liquids will be accepted as a return within 14 days of receipt, providing the products have not been opened and all packaging is sealed and in the same condition as when received. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and not accepted by Halobaits Ltd.

We guarantee your personal information will not be disclosed with a third party without prior approval other than is stated elsewhere in this privacy statement.
We will not send you any unsolicited commercial emails unless you have given your prior consent. We will seek to act in the best interest of our customers and will not abuse our position of data controller for any commercial gain.
